My name is Tiarra Suel, and I’m the founder of TrueNorths Inc.

I started TrueNorths because I’ve been in childcare for over nine years, and I’ve seen a lot of families struggling to find care, parents trying to work and still make ends meet, and kids who just need a safe, loving place to be.

 

As a mom of four and a licensed foster parent, this is personal for me, not just business. I didn’t want to just open another daycare. I wanted to create something that actually helps families. TrueNorths is about more than childcare, it’s about support, community, and giving people a real chance to get on their feet.

 

My goal is to build a space where families feel safe, supported, and not judged, while also providing resources like mentorship, life skills, and eventually housing support. Everything I’m doing is based on real life and real experience, and I’m just trying to make a difference in my community here in Fort Wayne.
